Happy New Year to you from Parousia Magazine. Our prayer for this year is that your strength will be renewed and you will soar high like an eagle, achieving all your heart desires and prosperous in all your doings.

Thank you for staying with us thus far – you are the spirit that keeps this magazine running, your contributions and readership goes a long way in encouraging us to keep publishing the best of Christian Art and Literature. Yes, we were ranked 31st on the Top 50 African Literature Blog by Feedspot. You are making us fly, we look forward to greater times and successes ahead.

In 2018, we had our publications all year round and two special issues THE GLORIFICATION ISSUE #8 and CHRISTMAS CASCADE ISSUE #9. This year, we will be having more special issues, we are determined to serve you with the best of creative qualities in all genres and satisfy you with the regular publications.

Last year we began our chapbook publication, so far we have published two poetry chapbooks; “WALKING” by Rick Davis (USA) and “IMMORTAL LOVE SONGS” by Gideon Cecil (Guyana) of which they are an outstanding success as Christian Poetry Chapbooks.

Also last year, our publishing firm Alakowe began operation as we kicked off by publishing digitally seven books “HOW TO LIVE AND NOT DIE”, “TURNING WISDOM TO WEALTH”, “THE GOD OF SPECIAL FAVOUR”, “BREAKING OFF LIMITS”, “UNLOCKING YOUR DIVINE POTENTIAL”, “WHAT ATTRACTS POSITIVE MANIFESTATIONS” and “JESUS: UNDERSTANDING THE MYSTERY AND POWER IN HIS NAME” by Rev. Dr. John O Idowu (Nigeria) which are presently available for sale on Amazon and Okadabooks. Two books “MANIFESTO# Anthology of Peace” and “HURRICANE TO THE WORLD” from Dr. Chenjerai Mhondera (Zimbabwe) and a collection of poems from Tralone Khoza (South Africa) are forthcoming.

It’s my delight that PAROUSIA Magazine is in it 3rd year and progressing, this year we will be launching new websites for Parousia Magazine and Alakowe.

I urge you to uphold your contributions to this magazine, we are open for submissions all year round, be part of our special issues and chapbook publications. Feel free to reach us for your suggestions and inquiries.

We are ready, willing and able to do more for you in 2019. After all, you are why we operate. So, if you are considering book publishing. We are ready to be of service to you.
