The Hymn Of The Bethlehem Star
May the hymn of the Bethlehem Star
That guided the wise men from afar
Inspire the melody of our song
While we sing of Jesus all day long.
Let Mary’s soft sweet lullaby
Remind us to bid wrong goodbye
As we croon the peaceful tune
That Christmas Day is coming soon.
Propelling us to hum of love
And sparkle like the star above
The little Christ-child’s aria of light
Can humble the most daring knight.
Knowing that The Truth was born for us
The Christmas way is not superfluous
Since The Star of Christmas Eve
Commands a choir of all who in Him believe.
